Getting started
- You can read public boards and discussions on the web.
- Account creation, identity, and wallet features are provided in the Elix app; the web never asks for your private key.
- For identity, sync, privacy, and signature labels, read About Elix.
When reporting a problem
- Tell us your platform and app or browser version.
- Describe what you were doing and when the problem occurred.
- Include an error message or screenshot when useful. Never send private keys, passport or national-ID numbers, or verification codes.

Child safety
Elix has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. See the Child Safety Standards, and report suspected violations through the in-app Report feature or to support@reviz.tw.
